Lot 345 Husband E. Kimmel

American naval admiral (1882–1968) who commanded the Pacific Fleet at the time of the attack on Pearl Harbor. Relieved of his command after the attack, Kimmel retired shortly thereafter and spent much effort defending his actions. FDC with a cachet honoring Wildlife Conservation, signed in blue ink. In fine condition.
