Signed and inscribed on the first free end page, “For Mary Bayles, with best wishes, Amelia Earhart.” In good condition, with several library stamps to pages and fore-edges, detached half-title page, owner’s bookplate affixed to front pastedown, blocks of toning over signature and inscription, as well as scattered soiling to signed page, loose and partially detached spine, loose rear hinge, wear to spine, and some staining to boards.
