Souvenir handwritten lyrics for ‘Green Eyed Lady,’ on an off-white 8.5 x 11 sheet of Sugarloaf stationery, written out by Jerry Corbetta and signed at the conclusion. Also included is a color magazine photo signed by Corbetta and Bob Yeazel. In fine condition, with a light horizontal bend to lower portion and a couple impressions from an unsuccessful first writing attempt.
