Murray writes to Leonard Lyons concerning Kathryn’s stroke and quotes Kathryn as saying strokes are for old people and stating it was just “a mere hemorrhage of the brain.”; and a TLS, signed Kathryn, one page, 5.75 x 7.75, personal letterhead, April 22. Kathryn writes to Leonard Lyons as she and Arthur prepare to celebrate their 45th anniversary. In very good to fine overall condition.
