This is an authentic hand-painted animation cel used for the production of a Rugrats cartoon. The cel is also hand-signed by creators Arlene Klasky & Gabor Cuspo. The piece measures approximately 12.25" x 10.75" in size. This is a one-of-a-kind piece used in the Rugrats cartoon "Ruthless Tommy" which originally aired on September 22, 1991 (Scene #100). This piece includes a COA from Nickelodeon as well as a "Klasky Csupo inc. authentication sticker in the lower left corner of the cel.
