Lot 470078 20 Colombia Plate Block Specimen Tax Stamps 3 Centavos
This is a plate block of (20) 3 Centavos tax stamps from Republic De Colombia, marked "IMPUESTO DE CONSUMO." Each has a red "SPECIMEN" overprint and security punch. They are marked "American Bank Note Co." In the upper right corner is a red code number. They have no gum, and are unused, in very good condition, with a few partial separations along the perforated borders.
