Frame and paper appear as mid 20th century. The photo caption says the original photo was lost for 83 years, and rediscovered by Stefan Lorant in the diaries of Francis B. Carpenter. Some slight water spots at three areas of perimeter. Framed size 11-3/4" x 12-3/4"
