This copper-mine colored, wool-felt top hat was designed by Helen Colvig for Gene Wilder and became symbolic of the iconic character that speaks to the child in all of us. Brim exhibits a small tear on the side and the seam at the rear has become unstitched approx. one-half
inch; overall in fi ne condition. Originally obtained from Michael D. Beinner, Director of Field Advertising and Publicity for Paramount Pictures
