SANKARA STONE FROM INDIANA JONES AND THE TEMPLE OF DOOM. - (Paramount, 1984) Oblong stone, cast in resin and painted brown to resemble the rare Sankara stone, with three semicircular lines scored around the center. This is the static version of the Sankara Stone, and is far more widely used on-screen than the hero illuminated version, which was only used for a few special eff ects shots. Measures approx. 6 in. tall and 3 in. diameter. Originally acquired from the fi lm’s property master, Barry Wilkinson.
