This solid metal, 15.5” tall stand was designed to hold 3 rows of 14 wax seals or, perhaps, rubber stamps. The base has 3 wells and a flat area with a clip. There are no discernible maker’s marks or patent numbers. One hook on the 1st and 3rd rings is broken. - Jacobitz Collection
