Measuring 27" x 31" this is a map showing all the mine claims filed in Butte, Montana by 1893. The matted and framed piece was compiled and published by T.T. Baker, United States Deputy Mineral Surveyor and United States Land Attorney J.H. Harper and is scaled 1,400 to the inch. It was printed by H.B. Stranahan & Company Map Engravers of Cleveland, Ohio. Also listed in a box within the map are the claims that were too small to plot on the map. This piece is brightly colored, in great condition, with some fold creases and ready to hang. - Ken & Rosemary Roberts Collection
