First Edition Colt Gold Cup Semi-Automatic Pistol, with German Proof Marks, #GCNM097, 9mm, 5" barrel, stainless finish, smooth wood grips with Colt medallions, blade front sight, square-notched Elliason rear sight that is adjustable for windage and elevation, skeletonized trigger, with three (3) stainless Colt magazines. Only 500 First Edition pistols were produced, having standard Colt markings; additionally, the left side of the slide is marked "First Edition". This pistol also features commercial German proof marks on the right side of the barrel, frame, and slide. Mfg'd 1989. Includes the original First Edition Colt soft carrying case. Condition is excellent, appearing like new. Frame and slide with only a few insignificant handling marks. Factory lettering is crisp. Grips and action are like new.
