Pedersoli Sharps 1874 Sporting Rifle, #SH7956, .45-70 cal., 30'' octagon blue barrel, double set triggers, case hardened receiver, hammer, and lever. Oil-finished straight grip walnut stock with smooth steel buttplate. Iron sights have been removed and replaced with a Hi-Lux "Wm. Malcom" 6X Telescopic Riflescope. Imported by Dixie Gunworks. Condition is in near excellent overall, showing only minor scuffs and handling marks. There is a small chip of wood missing close to the toe of the stock measuring .240" x .100". Case colors are deep and rich with a small amount of freckling on the lever. Excellent action, double set trigger functions properly, bore is bright with strong rifling. Scope measures 34" in length with a 3/4" tube. Condition is excellent with only minor handling marks. Reticle is a simple crosshair, optics are clear, and brass scope caps fit nicely. Includes scope owner's manual and pair of oak wood shooting sticks, measuring 26.5" in length. Est.: $1,600-$1,900. (Modern)
