Smith & Wesson Model 624 Lew Horton Combat Special Double Action Revolver, #AHT2531, .44 S&W Spec. cal., 3" barrel, stainless finish, factory Goncalo Alves target grips, round butt, red ramp front sight and white outline square-notch rear sight that is adjustable for windage and elevation. In the original one-piece box with matching numbered end label, instruction manual, and protective S&W paper. Approx. 5,000 of these revolvers were mfg'd ca. 1985-1987. SKU: 103580. (Approx. 500 Model 624 revolvers were recalled due to potential issues with the cylinders. Guns having gone through the recall were said to have a red "C" within a circle stamped on the box end label. The box for this revolver is marked accordingly.) Condition is excellent overall. Metal with slight micro-scratching and other mild blemishes from handling and use. Grips appear near new. Crisp action, cycles smoothly and locks up securely. There is only a little mild powder fouling to the cylinder face, chambers are clean. Bore appears excellent and is mirror bright with well-defined rifling.
