-Hungarian Model 43M Mannlicher Bolt Action Rifle, #A-13973, 8x57mm, 23.6" barrel, blued finish, two-piece hardwood stock, inverted "V" front sight without hood and adjustable tangent rear sight. Marked on top of receiver ring "43M". Barrel shank stamped with St. Stephens crown acceptance stamp. Matching numbers except bolt assembly. Condition overall is very good with the metal retaining less than 60% finish, showing rust and patina on the bands and exposed barrel. Most of the finish appears worn from the stock, otherwise the wood is very good showing impressions, dents and handling marks. Action operates smoothly; bore is dark in the grooves, otherwise good with good rifling. No visible import marks. Est.: $800-$1,100. (C&R/PPT)
