^Lot 474 Hi-Standard Model A Semi-Automatic Pistol

Hi-Standard Model A Semi-Automatic Pistol, #91462, .22 L.R. cal., 4.5" barrel, blade front and square-notched adjustable rear sights, blue finish, checkered two-piece walnut grips, with one correct unmarked 10-rd. magazine. Left barrel lug is marked "MADE IN U.S.A./HIGH STANDARD MFG. CORP./NEW HAVEN CONN." Mfg'd 1941. Pistol is in very good overall condition with moderate wear and thinning at the muzzle and along the barrel. There is highpoint edgewear along the frame and slide, some areas of loss of finish on top of the slide and small scratches evident. Front and rear grip straps show thinning blue finish with even wear. Grips are about good with some flattening of the checkering. Action locks up tight, bore is very good with crisp rifling.
