Winchester Model 1894 Lever Action Rifle, #209328, .38-55 CF cal., 24" octagonal barrel with buckhorn sights is marked with the maker's name and address on top flat, caliber at breech; standard receiver, mag tube, stocks and markings; "XIX" stamped at breech. Mfg'd 1904. Condition is good retaining little barrel blue with added finish, balance is gray gunmetal having traces of finish, fine edges and markings. Stocks are sound, have been smoothed with light oil added. Rear sight (and possibly loading gate) replaced. Action is crisp, bore shows overall light etching, very good rifling. Est.: $800-$1,200.
