Cased Colt Montana Territory Centennial/Statehood Diamond Jubilee Commemorative Frontier Scout Revolver, #1521 MF, .22 LR cal., 4.75" barrel, blade front and fixed rear sights, blue and gold finish, faux pearl two-piece Colt medallion grips. Barrel is marked "1864 ? MONTANA TERRITORY CENTENNIAL ? 1964" on the left side, and "1889 ? DIAMOND JUBILEE STATEHOOD ? 1964" on the right side in 14kt gold plating. Mfg'd 1964, with a limited production of 2,300 units. Revolver is in excellent overall condition retaining nearly all of the factory finish. Faux pearl grips are near excellent. Gun is cased in a Colt wooden presentation case, with red velvet interior, red satin inside the lid, with a crisp Rampant Colt emblem. Top of case shows an outline of Montana inlaid with a Colt medallion and embossed with the Colt symbol in the lower right-hand corner. Box is in good condition with scuffs, mars, and tape residue.
