^Lot 659 Sauer & amp; Sohn Model 38H Semi-Automatic Pistol, with Handmade Holster

Sauer & Sohn Model 38H Semi-Automatic Pistol, with Handmade Holster, #484191, .32 ACP cal., 3.5" barrel, flat blue military finish with gray trigger; checkered black plastic grips with Sauer and Sohn logo on left side, blade front sight and drift adjustable rear sight with "U" notch. Magazine is unmarked and is in very good condition with light finish wear. Holster is made of thin leather with cotton reinforcements. Condition is good with flap closure snap partially separated. Left-side slide is marked "CAL.7.65" with no mfgr's markings. There is a "Eagle 37" army acceptance proof on left trigger guard web and a "(eagle)N" proof on the rear of the right-side frame. Condition overall is very good with the metal retaining approx. 90% finish, showing edgewear and light scratches to the slide. Grips appear to be modern replacements and are in very good condition. Action operates smoothly, bright bore has worn rifling and patina to the bolt face. No visible import marks. Est.: $500-$750. (C&R/PPT)
