Lot of Two (2) WWII British Berridge No. 1 Mk IV Flare Pistols, zinc pot metal frames and barrels, blued metal small parts, extended 5.75" long barrels with flared muzzles, 26mm bores, small proof marks on barrels, side lever openers, external hammers, smooth wood grips, lanyard loops at bottom of grips. 1.) #BE37796, frame and barrel have lightly oxidized gray finish with scattered freckling, blued steel parts show light freckling, wear, and light scratches. Bore has heavy oxidation that should clean somewhat; action, hammer, and trigger function properly. Grips are very good with some age stains but very few scratches or dings. 2.) #BE34246, frame and barrel have lightly oxidized gray finish with scattered dried grease residue; blued steel parts show light freckling, wear, and light scratches. Bore has heavy oxidation that should clean somewhat; action, hammer, and trigger function properly. Grips are very good with minor dings, scratches, and small gouges around the grip screw.
