^Lot 162 U.S. Inland Division M1 Semi-Automatic Carbine

U.S. Inland Division M1 Semi-Automatic Carbine, #5540347, .30 cal. Carbine, with an 18" barrel dated 9-44. This carbine went through a post-war rebuild, which added the bayonet lug, flip safety, and the 30-rd. magazine catch. The operating slide is a Type 2 marked S'G'. The military refinish is very good throughout. The OI stock and OI handguard are excellent as reconditioned, with the crossed cannon cartouche. Bore is good. A 1944 magazine pouch and a post-war sling are included, along with letter from previous owner and invoice from NRA/DCM.  Est.: $1,200-$1,600. (C&R/PPT)
