Western Arms Corp. Long Range Gun Model Side-by-Side Shotgun, #281939. 20 ga. 28" solid rib barrels have target beads, 2-3/4" chambers, and are choked Cyl./Cyl. The boxlock action uses a crossbolt lockup and features double triggers, automatic safety, and plain extractors. The standard forend and pistol grip buttstock are oil-finished straight-grain walnut, uncheckered, and have an Ithaca Gun Company recoil pad fitted. Mfg'd approx. 1930's. Condition is good to very good with numerous handling marks to wood, receiver case color gone to patina, and bores are fair. Action closes tight and works well, except right extractor sometimes fails to extract. Est.: $250-$350. (C&R)
