^Lot 628 Chinese SKS Semi-Automatic Carbine, with Folding Bayonet

Chinese SKS Semi-Automatic Carbine, with Folding Bayonet, #11610334, 7.62x39mm, 20.5" barrel, blued finish with bright bolt and carrier, hardwood stock set, hooded post front sight and adjustable leaf rear sight. Cleaning rod mounted under barrel with cleaning kit behind buttstock trapdoor. Marked on left-side receiver with "Triangle 26" arsenal stamp next to three characters for "Type 56 carbine". "Triangle 2" stamp on left-side forend. Matching visible numbers. Condition overall is near excellent with approx. 95% of the salt blue finish remaining on the metal. Wood shows scattered mostly light handling marks to the even colored finish, otherwise close to excellent. Action and bayonet operate smoothly, bright bore is excellent with sharp well-defined rifling. Import engraved on left-side receiver "SKS 7.62x39 MADE IN CHINA BY NORINCO POLY USA ATL GA".
