WWII German Luftwaffe Double Barrel Aluminum Flare Pistol, #F1 24483, 26.5mm (4 bore) cal., 6.5" barrels, black dull finish, underlever cocking mechanism, side safety lever, cocking indicators, lever for firing right or left barrels, maker marked "fzs" for Krieghoff Firearms Co., dated 1943, brown Bakelite checkered grips, Luftwaffe eagle acceptance stamps and "4" in a circle marks on top of barrels. Condition is very good retaining most of its black anodized finish, with minor scratches and light dings, oxidation to the various screws, levers, and small parts. Cocking action is a little sluggish and may need lubrication; bores show light pitting marks near the middle and front. Grips show a few scratches and dings, mainly on the bottom edges.
