^Lot 178 U.S. Inland Division M1 Semi-Automatic Carbine

U.S. Inland Division M1 Semi-Automatic Carbine, #758147, .30 cal. Carbine, and 18" barrel dated 7-43. The receiver was made for Inland by Saginaw Gear and has the SG marking on the left side below the wood. Carbine is in very good overall condition. All of the parts, including the flip rear sight, are correct for this Inland carbine, with the exception of the W-I hammer and spring, which were probably upgraded during service. The parkerized metal shows overall even wear from use and could be a GI bring-back. Stock and handguard are marked OI and has the crossed cannon cartouche. Stock shows use with handling dents and scrapes throughout. Bore is good. A 1943 magazine pouch and an S-F 1943 khaki sling are included. Est.: $1,800-$2,200. (C&R)
