Smith & Wesson Model 28-2 Highway Patrolman Double Action Revolver, #N175302, .357 Magnum cal., 4" pinned barrel, matching numbered checkered walnut magna grips, ramped blade front sight, square-notched rear sight that is adjustable for windage and elevation, color case hardened serrated trigger, and semi-target hammer. Mfg'd ca. 1973. Condition is excellent retaining approx. 98% factory blue, with slight wear at the muzzle. Factory lettering is crisp. Case colors are vibrant. Grips with a few tiny indentations and little finish wear to the lower edge of the left grip, checkering is sharp. Action cycles smoothly and locks up securely. Chambers and cylinder face are clean, appearing little used. Bright bore with well-defined rifling. Est.: $700-$900. (Modern/PPT)
