Limited Edition Cased Colt Series 80 Officer's Commencement Issue Semi-Automatic Pistol, #FA00583, .45 ACP cal., 3.5" barrel, blue finish, smooth wood grips with silver Colt medallions, white 3-dot sight configuration, with one Colt magazine. Slide features silver lettering, oak leaf motifs, Great Seal of the United States, and Marine Corp emblem. Limited to a production of only 1,000 in 1984. In an original brown plastic Colt case with instruction manual and misc. factory paperwork. Included is an original wood Colt display case with fitted interior. Condition is excellent, appearing unfired, and retaining approx. 99% factory metal finish. There are salt and pepper type blemishes to the finish on the back of the grip safety. Silver embellishments and factory lettering are clear. Grips and action are like new. Bore is bright with strong rifling.
