^Lot 199 Colt Python Double Action Revolver

Colt Python Double Action Revolver, #K39465, .357 Magnum cal., 2.5" barrel, blue finish, checkered walnut service type grips with gold Colt medallions, ramped blade front sight, square-notched rear sight that is adjustable for windage and elevation. Factory lettering on the barrel and frame has been highlighted in gold. Mfg'd 1981. Condition is excellent retaining approx. 98% factory blue, showing intermittent light handling marks. There are two more noticeable vertical scratches to the right rear section of the frame. Grip checkering has a few small flats spots and is otherwise crisp. Most of the finish has worn off the left grip medallion. Action cycles smoothly and locks up tight. Bore is bright with well-defined rifling; cylinder face and chambers are clean.
