COLOMBIA, Bogotá, bust 2 reales, Charles III, 1773 V•J, mintmark N•R, NGC G 6, "top pop", ex-Becerra. Restrepo-42.4; KM-47; Cal-743. Lightly toned, somewhat weakly struck but also worn (hence the assigned grade), bettered by several we know either at PCGS or uncertified but for now at least tied with one other for finest at NGC, rated "very scarce" in Restrepo. Pedigreed to the Becerra Collection (stated on label).
