COSTA RICA, 2 reales, 1846 JB counterstamp (Type V) on a Potosi, Bolivia, cob 2 reales, Philip V or Ferdinand VI, assayer q (1744-60), NGC VG 10 / c/s AU strong. KM-54. 5.84 grams. Crude chunky cob made even cruder (especially the craggy edge) by the bold full countermark that covers the date but not the assayer q, nicely toned in crevices.
