Choice grade (lustrous AU+ in light steel-gray color) but unevenly struck such that the date is not visible (some scratches in flat areas), yet with other parts of legend very clear, including full SALVADOR and full retrograde N in MONEDA, also notably in nearly three-quarters rotation from usual medal axis, a characteristic of Villavicencio's Type A but not Type B to which this coin's dies belong (left-pointing hat, for instance), hence possibly rare and of importance to the specialist.
