Obverse with arms of Puno inside legend FERDINANDO.VII.D.G.OPTATO.PRINC.JURAT.; reverse with wreath border encircling PUNO / HISPANIARVM / REGI / SEMPER FIDELIS / 1808. Well toned, with traces of black around some details, boldly struck but lusterless. (Note: NGC attributes this issue to Spain in error.).
