Frosty steel brown with lighter brown in the protected areas. Just a trace of friction on the highpoints. The only marks are a planchet chip under the E in LIBERTY and a smaller one on the knees of the standing figure (both as struck). Usual BEARER edge. Listed on page 74 in the "Redbook."
