^Lot 120 1787 Connecticut Miller 6.2-M R5- MBL, the "Laughing Head," PCGS graded AU50

Glossy medium brown fading to chocolate in protected areas. Smooth and choice except for some obvious chipping along the edge at the top of the reverse (as struck). The obverse is flawless, just lightly worn on the devices. A premium example of this rare version of the "Laughing Head" type that enjoys its own listing in the "Redbook." Weight 121.1 grains.
