COLOMBIA, Bogotá, gold cob 2 escudos, 1735/4 M, NGC AU 50. Restrepo-M80.12; S-B26; Cal-1954; Fr-8a; KM-17.2. 6.74 grams. Broad, round flan with much legend including full king's name PHILIPPVS and 1735 date with last digit punched over a rotated 4 (not mentioned by NGC) at top of full but slightly doubled cross, the shield also full (lions and castles transposed) with clear F to left and M to right, lustrous and rich in color.
